By agreeing to the Privacy Policy and leaving your personal data on carminebay.com (henceforth - the website), by filling the form fields, the User:

• confirms that all the data belongs to them
• confirms that has read the Privacy Policy and that the ways in which data regarding their personal information submitted in the form fields will be used is clear to them;
• gives permission to process their data by the Website for the use stated in this Agreement and for fulfilling the Agreement in the future;
• gives permission to provide their personal data to organizer’s partners to conduct events;
• gives permission to receive news (by email, sms, messages in mobile apps or other ways) from Carmine Bay regarding the news on the Website, including announcements and partner advertisements;
• expresses agreement with the conditions of data processing

User Agreement to process their data is informed and conscious.

the Company and it’s authorized persons, as well as company’s partners, in line with Regulation (EU) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (Nr.2016/679) may process the data received from the client

The User’s agreement is considered to be given in written form, for the processing of the following data:

• surname, name,
• date of birth;
• location (city, region);
• phone numbers; e-mail addresses (E-mail);
• images/photographs from events.

The User provides carminebay.com a right to conduct the following activities (operations) with their personal data: gathering and amassing, storing within time frames stipulated by the regulatory documents, but no less than three years from the date of cessation of receiving services by the User; clarification (updating, changing); using; destroying, depersonalizing; providing by request of a court, including to third parties, keeping in line with data protection from unsanctioned access.

The Agreement becomes active indefinitely from the moment of providing the data and may be revoked by you by submitting a request to website administrators

Revocation of agreement to process personal data may be conducted by sending a request in writing to an email address [email protected]

The Website is not responsible for third parties using information uploaded by the User on the website, both in legal and illegal ways, including its dissemination by any means

The Website retains the right to amend this Agreement. When amending the agreement a date of the last amendment is provided. The new version of the Agreement goes into effect from the moment of its publication, unless otherwise stated by the new version of the Agreement.

This Agreement and the relationship between the User and the Website, as well the executing this Agreement is subject to the law of the Republic of Latvia.
